Network Services, Connectivity and Server Operating System,
Software and Hardware Support: $125.00/hr
Workstation Operating System, Software and Hardware Support: $85.00/hr
General Installation/Labour: $85.00/hr
Normal Business Hours:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays
Emergency Calls outside of normal business hours will be considered "On-call Service" and billed hourly at the rate of $175 per hour for server support, $130 for workstation support and are not included as part of the scheduled weekly or monthly hours.

Prepaid Support Plans
These are suitable for those who wish to receive the maximum discount
on most services offered.

*Priority Response does not guarantee a response time. Any calls outside of normal business hours will be charged at the "On-call Service" rate of $130 per hour Telephone support will count at the rate of 2:1 so 30 minutes of telephone support equals 15 minutes of purchased time

Prepaid amounts are usable for up to 12 months and are transferable upon approval.
Additional time requested by the client after the completion of the pre-paid account is billed at regular rates.
Prepaid payments and discounts are applied to labor only and are not applied to parts or materials which are billed separately
Scheduled Support Plan
Our scheduled support plan includes preventive maintenance, documentation, hardware repairs, equipment procurement, training and more at discounted rates. Our scheduled plans require a 12 month commitment and are reviewed annually. For your convenience we offer monthly billing on these plans.
Service will be provided on a regularly scheduled basis to solve current Technical issues and assist users as required. We will also remotely monitor your servers and perform maintenance to your server and network.(may require additional hours)
Priority Telephone Support
As our scheduled customer, we will give you our highest priority service and
you will receive helpful telephone support without additional cost for most
calls.
Scheduled Support Plans
2 Scheduled Hours a month - 1 hour bi-weeklysuitable for up to 8 systems
$135 per month
10% discount - you save $15
4 Scheduled Hours a month - 1 hour weekly
suitable for up to 15 systems
$270 per month
10% discount - you save $30
8 Scheduled Hours a month - 2 hours weekly
suitable for up to 20 systems
$540 per month
15% discount - you save $60
Any additional time requested or required by the client will be billed at the same discounted price as per their service agreement.
